Working Principle

When the GP model single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher in the working time, the motor drives the small gear of crusher, the pinion drives big gear, gear components of big gear (gears, gear wheel frame, eccentric steel sleeve) drives the eccentric sleeve assembly (eccentric cylinder and eccentric copper cover) and spindle assembly (spindle, cone, cone liner) on the theory of vertical line as the center, the revolution of the copper bush, the spindle assembly can be rotated in the center line of the spindle which in the eccentric copper sleeve. When the equipment without any operations, the eccentric assembly "holds" the spindle assembly and revolves with the big gear; when the material is added to the crushing chamber, the main shaft assembly (main shaft and inner cone) slowly rotates in the eccentric copper sleeve under the resistance of the material. The running track of the inner cone appears to be swinging back and forth in the broken cavity with slowly rotating. The material is squeezed and broken by the swing inner cone. The connection between the support sleeve and the frame is pressed by the hydraulic cylinder, when the crusher falls into metal blocks and other non breakable objects, the moving cone of the single cylinder is lifted by the bottom hydraulic piston, which plays the role of adjusting the discharge port and passing through the iron, repeatedly removing and removing the ore.

Adjustment size of the outlet port: The function of the bottom hydraulic cylinder is to adjust the upper and lower positions of the spindle so as to adjust the distance between the moving cone and the outer cone liner.
