FZQ series anchorage luffing-jib tower crane is a sort of large crane applicable for thermal power, hydropower, nuclear power, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, high-rise steel structure and other erection of large-scale construction projects, especially suitable for tower boiler lifting in power station and construction of tall buildings at narrow site.
To meet the requirements in different operating conditions, FZQ series tower crane has been successfully developed such as FZQ1380, FZQ1650, FZQ2200, FZQ2520. This series of products adopt advanced production technology and design concept featuring in high technology content and excellent performance, which keeps pace with international advanced level, and has gained tens of China national patent technology.
The pedestal of this series crane adopts box-type structure resulting in non-concrete foundation, which reduces the foundation treatment cost.
This series tower crane adopts advanced anchoring method and structure that the anchoring location can be flexibly adjusted to a wide application range.
The connection of tower section adopts “HALF” quick-type structure, which simplifies assemble and disassemble process. The standard section and anchoring section can be interchangeable owing to the same geometry dimension.
Boom system is manufactured of fine-grained ultra-high strength alloy steel pipe with significant reduction in weight; the mast is made of high-strength low-alloy steel pipe that provides the crane with compact structure and strong lifting capacity.
The hoisting mechanism adopts international renowned brand gearbox and Lebus drum, which guarantees its good performance; the electric control introduces full frequency conversion to realize fast, stable and non-impact operation.
The crane is equipped with complete safeguard devices to realize multi-protection for safe operation.
FZQ series tower crane is light in weight and convenient to transport, which significantly reduces the transition cost.
