Equipment Function & Parameter
1. Main parameters: stacking slices number: 10-50, double outlet. The slices number depends on the speed of packaging machine. Compression ratio: 50% -70%. This stacker can be connected to the automatic packaging machine. Can choose different paddles according to the product types and folding methods which customers need.
2. Full-servo control system with a separate automatic control system, the number of stacking pieces could be set by request and operated by the servo motor and precision cylinder.
3. The finished Products will be delivered into the arrange leaves by the overturn belt. The feeding location is equipped with a photo-electronic switch which will count automatically, the data will provide basis for following operation.
4. If the stacking connects to automatic packaging machine, put the slices into the bag and sealing bag will be finished by the packaging machine; if not , the slices must be put into the packages and sealed manually or sealed directly. Production speed:25bags/min.
