Q: What is the capacity of production?
A: We have 13 production lines with a total capacity of 12Gwh for both storage and E-mobility.
Q：How long is the warranty period?
A：Our limited warranty is valid for a period 5 years (12.8V products) /10 years (51.2V products) after delivery. It is restricted by specifications and warranty terms.
Q: How long is the estimated delivery time? What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, it will take 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order; Generally, we pack our goods in cartons with wooden case. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q: Are you able to handle shipment transportation?
A: We can arrange the shipment to most places as required.
Q: What kind of certification do you have?

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF; T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
