GLOBOND Polyester ACP consists of aluminium cover sheets; front side stove-lacquered with a high quality multi-applied polyester lacquering system; reverse side mill-finish or stove-lacquered with a high quality polyester lacquering system(back painting), sandwiching the mineral core of polyethylene hardly inflammable.

Adopting high performance of macromolecular lamination film from South Korea; GLOBOND Polyester ACP performs over 7.5N/mm on 180℃ Peeling Strength after 2 hours boiling water test.
*Non-toxicity & Safety
The aluminium sandwiched core is of low density polyethylene; the outer aluminium sheet is uninflammable. The painting itself performs durable & flavorless. It fulfills the requirement of those fireproof specified buildings.
Quality Standard
The thickness of Aluminium Film is 0.3 or 0.4mm. The ACP with the total thickness of 3 or 4mm is fully satisfied to the GB/T 17748-2008 National quality system, and the others specification is fully satisfy to Globond's quality control system.
