We offer various standard models of cut to length lines. These lines can be cut from ranges of 0.5mm up to 3mm in length with different coil widths weights. Each of these lines can be custom tailored to meet specific production needs. Ferrous and non ferrous metals such as hot and cold rolled carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, galvanized metals, and different kinds of alloys can all be cut by these lines.

This equipment is mainly used for processing cold-rolled carbon,stainless steel coil, and non-ferrous metal coil, configuration,six-leveler to theentire pacification of long shear plate surface of the metal aluminum and other high coil.

According to customer requirements, the fine two leveler can be used early; fixed length sent to shear can be ordinary mechanical appliances collaborative action, digital variable frequency or AC servo technology; shears can be equipped with the ordinary machienry, hydraulic press type electromagnetic clutches,pneumatic  clutch transmits power high speed gate shear, mobile tracking the chase cut and rotary flying shear machine. Supporting related molding machine can be used for a wider range extension.
