This machine is a newly developed and advanced Fly Frame based on the ModelA458A Fly Frame of suspension type. It is suitable for processing carded andcombed cotton, man-made fiber and their blends up to 65mm from drawn sliverinto roving of various counts and different twists, and supplied to spinningframe for yarn production.
This machine has many advantages such as high speed, large package andadvanced in the mechanisms, etc. The conventional mechanisms of top and bottomcone drums and their belt automatic resetting, winding tension Compensating,builder are all eliminated and replaced by a changing frequency motor and aservo motor. The synchronous controlling is realized by computer. This machineis equipped with optical electronic stop motion, full package auto-controldevice, positive intermittent revolving top and bottom clearers, regulatingspeed by inverter and PLC. The machine is featured by its reliable structure,stable running, low noise and less power consumption. In comparison with thesimilar versions under the same full package condition, this machine requiresless floor space.
