Classification of Concentrator Table

According to the installation, it can be divided into located type and suspension type; according to the waste surface layers, it can be divided into monolayer concentrator table and multi-layer concentrator table; according to processing raw materials, it can be divided into ore-dressing concentrator table and coal dressing concentrator table; according to the processing granularity, it can be divided into sand placer (0.2 mm) concentrator table and slime (0.2 mm) concentrator table. Concentrator table working principle

Structure of Concentrator Table

Head Motion: The head motion is made of rugged construction and it requires minimum maintenance. Its internal mechanism is splash lubricated from an integral oil sump.

Decks: The decks are built of 16 mm zircon-reinforced fiberglass with fabricated steel frames at the bottom, which are easy to clean and requires little maintenance. This fiberglass desks also has the characteristics of water-resistance and corrosion-resistance and it can hold the shape unchangeable at ±50℃.

Feed and Water Box: A wooden feed distributing box with hopper and a long water box are attached to the iron of the deck, giving a very even distribution of feed and water.

Base: A choice of ordinary type, groove steel support or big channel steel support is available.
