4 inch industrial hydraulic rubber hose and fittings  

Hydraulic Industrial Hose Structure

Consists of an inner tube, middle layer, two, four or six spiral wire reinforcements and cover.

Inner tube is to transmit liquid under pressure and protect steel wire against corrosion

Reinforcement: four or six plies steel wire reinforced .

cover is to protect wire against damage.

Application:

High pressure wire reinforcement hydraulic hose mainly used in mine hydraulic support, oil exploration, suitable to engineer construction, and in industry department mechanization and automatic hydraulic systems.

Working Temperature:

 Oil: -40°C to +100°C, Air: -30°C to 50°C, Water Emulsion under +80°C

OS&D Hose

4”, 6”, 8”, and 12” 250 PSI Oil Suction and Discharge with built-in Flanges each end.

 For the toughest jobs, OS&D is the answer.  

Available in 10’ and 20’ standard lengths.

Composite Hose

4”, 6”, 8” available in standard stock.   10” and 12” – available on special order.

 Ideal for high head applications and where high flexibility is required.

200 to 250 PSI, Fixed by Floating Flanges.  Stock in Standard 20’ lengths.

Standard Suction Hoses   

4”, 6”, 8” and 12” Discharge applications to include Oreflex 10/Gatorflow 150# Nitrile, Red mid-grade PVC and low pressure open end blue discharge.

Packaging & Shipping

Firstly, a transparent film wrapped on the hose cover

Secondly, nylon bag spiraled or woven

Finally, pallet under each roll of hose  

15-20 days for one 20'GP container
