It is widely used in the roughing, concentration, and reverse flotation of those non-ferrous metal like cuprum, plumbum, zinc, nickel, molybdenum, ferrous metal and nonmetal mine.
The characteristics and functions of the XJK flotation machine:
This kind of flotation machine is for the sorting of non-ferrous ferrous metals. It can also be used for non-metallic materials, such as: coal, talc’s sorting. The flotation machine is driven by triangle belts of a motor, which drives the impeller, and then due to the centrifugal effect, the negative pressure is produced. On one hand it can inhale sufficient air to mix with the slurry, on the other hand, it can stir the pulp to mix with the drug. At the same time it can refine the bubble, so the mineral can be adhesive to the top of the foam. When it floats to the surface of slurry they can form a kind of mineralized bubble. Then adjust the gate height, control the level of the liquid, so that the useful bubble can be scraped
