Description

* It is a complete automatic welding large metal cans and welding equipment, in which consists of can round forming, welding in a single welding machine.

* Using Japanese's Mitsubishi PLC control host, touch screen human-machine interface operation.

* Use the photoelectric sensors to automatic detection the before and after weld-end, precise control of current rev, stop, improve consistency of the welding points location before and after the end.

* The welder current is adopted the new digital circuit micro control system, which make the machine with the function of rising slowing and descending slowly for front & back end current.

* The can conveying system are equipped with the very durable ceramic unit improve the insulation quality to reduce wear out.

* System with a high degree of automation, only needs set up the basic tank model parameters and the running speed, other running data system will automatically generated.

*Equipment running status monitoring, fault automatic alarm and providing processing solutions.
