8.    Q: How would you control your blind quality?

    A: (1). Set specifications and quality standards 
Set specifications\quality standards and Test method according to the customer’s requests before we place the order;

 (2). First piece inspection Before mass production, our production manager will do assembly of 500SQM as a test to see the points, with production line leader, tell him the instructions and matters needing attention.  

(3). 100% Process inspection QC will do 100% inspection to see if there is any irregular assembly problems. (4). 20% Final inspection When one order finished, QA will do 20% inspection of them, to check the functions and appearance.
