General Information

The Formed Shapes Ceramic Fibre products are made from Ceramic Fibre refractory ceramic fiber, attending inorganic and suitable organic binders. The mixture is vacuum processed into boards or formed shapes that keep good mechanical strength after heating. These products can be manufactured using five basic fiber types: classification temperature 1000℃, 1150℃,1260℃, 1400℃.    

Vacuum formed ceramic fiber product is nonfragile material, and has high intensity, accurate dimensions which is available according to customers’ need, and excellent fire-resistance and thermal resistance, even it can directly touch the fire. It can be special shapes, riser sleeves, flue liners, large cylinders, factory-lined stacks & duct on request. Its maximum temperature is from 1050℃ to 1600℃.
