Production Flow

1.Weaving: The raw material is weaved according to customer’s requirement.

2.Dyeing: After getting the raw material, we’ll dye the material according to order requirement.

3.Coating: After the dye work, we’ll do coating processing to the fabric. This is the most difficult step. We have advanced coating machine, experienced workers, and strict operation standard to fulfill this job.

4.Cutting: Thermal cutting will make sure the cutting edge is smooth enough. Inspection work will also be done during cutting. We have very strict inspection principles.  

5.Packing: After carefully inspection, the good quality fabric will be packed in rolls, marked with labels, and put into polybags and cartons.

The Paint we use for the production is environmentally friendly.

1. How to place an order?

    1) Confirm the sample

    You can deliver us your sample and we can produce as your requirements, or we deliver you our sample you are interested in. 

    2) Arrange the production

   Before the production, client needs to pay 30% deposit.

  Inspect final products 

   After we finish the production, we will provide you necessary documents, or you can appoint director here for inspection, we will be very happy to receive him.
