1. Introduction

Assembly HV shuntcapacitor is mainly used in 6kv, 10kv, 35kv-class 50%-60Hz power system toimprove power factor.

2. Structure

Capacitor consistsof body, enclosure and tank cover with the characteristics of  compact structure, simple installation,small footprint and easy installation and maintenance, etc.

The body is fixedon the shape steel bracket by full sealed capacitor units. The case cover isequipped with pressure release valve and expander (or conservator), inside is filledwith transformer oil.

Capacitor can besingle or three phase. Capacity can be fixed or tap regulating capacitance or Manual(or electric) transfer switch regulating capacitance, the regulatingcapacitance levels are 1/2, 2/2, or 1/3, 2/3, 3/3.

3.  Technical feature

Capacitor continuous operation voltage is not greater than 1.05Un, not running out 8hoursper hours in 1.1.

The capacitor is able to operate continuously underthe stable over-current of root mean square value1.3ln caused by over-current and high harmonics.

The capacitancetolerance of Capacitor is 0 ~ +5% of rated value, the ratio of maximum andminimum values of capacitance between any two line terminals in three-phasecapacitor is not more than 1.02.

When the capacitoris under the power frequency rated voltage and 20℃,the loss tangent is not more than 0.0005.

Capacitor can beused for outdoor or indoor. A variety of products shape, size, quality and quantity can be customized according to user needs for humid tropics, plateau area and contamination area and other special circumstances.
