Artificial Grass Install Technology

Glue: brushing the artificial grass backing uniform, not brush repeatedly or to blistering and dropping. And control the thickness of glue, notice the speed of brushing glue, brushing the glue on the two sides.
Filling sand process: to inspect the sand measurement enough and not enough need to add, Clearing the debris during the installation, keep the sand surface smoothly. After filling the sand, use the hard brush brushing repeatedly.
Maintenance guidelines
A. Clean and protection
1.Mark “no smoking” around the ground.
2.Corrosive solvent , heavy motor vehicles are not allowed.
3.Clean the rubbish timely after games.
B. How to remove different stains:
1.For juice, milk, blood and other “water-like stains”.
Scrub with soap water then use a dried towel to absorb the water.
2.For oil paraffin, asphalt and bitumen.
Use a sponge to sop tetrachloroethylene, then scrub the grass and use a dried towel to absorb water.
3.For paints and coatings.
Scrub with turpentine or paint stripper and then rinse with water or scrub the grass with a sponge.

Q: How can I get sample ?
A: We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
Q: Can you do OEM?
