1.Can you supply aluminum foil treated for printing?
Sure, we can supply unprinted aluminum foil, the structure: Primer/Alu/HSL, it can be easy to printed as customer’s requirement .
2. Whether the more HSL printed on the aluminum foil, the better for the heat seal strength?
It depends on the particular case,. According to our experience, printed at 3-4gsm is enough for most customer’s requirement. And sometimes if we printed the too much, and the temperature is not enough high to completely melt the glue, it will affect the heat seal strength of the glue.
3.Whether you can supply the samples to new customer for free?
For new customer, if they need a little samples of aluminum foil in sheet, we can
supply for free, they only need to bear the courier charge.
