1.which type of aluminum foil container machine I should take :
Generally we suggest 45T and 63T:
45T is suitable for making the container size maximum :300*300*50mm (L*W*H)
63is suitable for making the container size maximum :350*350*60mm (L*W*H)
45T can make 250, 450 ,750 ml container with two cavity
63T can make 250, 450 ,750 ml container with three cavity
2.Delivery time :
60days , all press we use is from Yangli brand , it’s best brand in China , the press delivery time is 50days , that’s why our whole machine’s delivery time is 60days . if only mould , delivery time is 45days . and our boss is mechanical and mould engineer himself , he will control the machine directly , so don’t worry about the quality .
3.Can you do special mould , like smooth wall container :
yes , we can also make mould for smooth wall container , BBQ container , pet food container , and 2&3 compartment container ,you just show us your sample and size , we will make the mould according to your size .
4.Does the material need lubricating oil :
yes , the lubricating oil is very necessary , and the oil is food grade , it is very special , after the order is confirmed , we will provide you the oil supplier’s contact information . and in our machine , there is lubricating system , you can put oil on the oil tank directly .
it need oil with one barrel , one barrel is 170kg , price is about 580usd/barrel .
5.Where I can get the aluminum foil raw material :
we will provide you some material suppliers , you can contact them directly for comparing .
Material specification :
ALLOY -3003, Temper-H24 Or ALLOY -8011, Temper-H22
After order is confirmed , we will make drawing for the mould , and we will calculate the material thickness and width , then I will inform you ,then you can order the raw material .
