Packaging aluminum foil production process:
10 Melting and casting: heating and melting aluminum ingots, and continuously casting and rolling them into aluminum slabs through a casting and rolling machine, which determines the material quality and initial thickness of the aluminum foil.
2. Cold rolling: Further cold rolling of aluminum slabs to reduce to the required thickness, improve strength, hardness and mechanical properties.
3. Foil rolling: Fine rolling to extremely thin aluminum foil (0.006 - 0.2 mm) on the foil rolling mill, requiring high equipment precision and good rolling process.
4. Slitting and packaging: Slitting aluminum foil rolls according to demand, packaging for storage and transportation, for use by downstream processing companies.
