FUNCTION
Its application is for raw material washing in tuber starch process line.
The machine adopts the principle of counter current washing. By feeding tuber material into drum washer and move it along spiral blade to exit to the feeding under counter force, the washing method ensures better cleaning effect.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
During the washing, material is transported to rotary drum and move forward along spiral blade to exit. Shoveling plate fixed at the machine exit continuously take clean potatoes out to the conveying belt for next step after the washer.
