1.1 Open bookviews devices

This is two positions device which use cylinder to support the reinforcement


1.2 Intermediate feed device

By means of double sides pressing board,the device press the material on one side,daubs chemical glue on the material'sotherside,which makes the materials mixed together automatically and reduces the defective goods rate because of reinforcement joints to the greatest extent


1.4 Reinforcement drying device

No need to stop the operation while reinforcement jointing it,releases and dry reinforcement automatically


1.5 Auto rectifying device

Extrusion by cylinder, asphalt coating roll impregnation can be adjusted up-down.It adopts unique reinforcement tension control


1.7 Asphalt coating device

 

Coating asphalt twice can adjust the position of reinforcement in the coiled material,meanwhile it ensure its workability.The independent asphalt coating roller can regulate up and down by electronic.With the control of accurate electronic device,it can master the exact thickness of coiled material.During each class production,the rest materials can be reused.The flue gas environmental protection system of preimpregnated asphalt coating adopt closed overall frame form which use the method of ejecting smoke in petticoat pipe and absorbing smoke outside

The process flows are as following:First,with PLC control,storage tank delivery material to charger through pneumatic valve.Next supply the material to gauging tank from spiral conveyer.Third,it shows the needed material quantity by electronic balance,and carries the material to spiral conveyer pass sealed feeders.At last,feed the material to each agitator tank by PCL controlling.If you need to choose several working process,then directly select the agitator tank which you need on PCL control panel


1.20 Smoke purification device

Using spray of welcome method,dust gauze,active carbon adsorptive process and demister to dispose the smoke.Then attainning the environmental standardization,Lowcost,effective.Saving more factory space
