product purpose:
This product is used in all kinds of C15~C40 Grade pumping concrete.
Product technical performance:
1.our product is light yellow liquid,no crystallization,no sediment,formaldehyde-free,to be considered as Green Environmental Production.
2.with the quantity binding materials 1.2%,water-reducing rate is15%;water-reducing rate18%.
3.the slump constant value added and retention value can reach to JC473-2001 Grade A standard with this product in concrete
4.it can regulate the time of delayed coagulation in summer or mass concrete construction,the final set time will be lasted for 6-10 hours.
5.It will not effect concrete pumping performance which without any crystallization and sedimentation in winter.
6.It has good weather ability and corrosion resistance with chlorine ion content≤0.02%,Alkali amount≤0.1kg/m3

Recommended mixing amount:
Recommended mixing amount of concrete as bellow:
Optimum mixing amount :0.8%~2.0%(10% Solid content);Recommended mixing amount1.5%.
Attention:mixing amount must be binding experimented based on raw material properties,concrete mirtune and climate.
Construction method:
1.this product can’t be mixed with Naphthalene series products, pail pack,blender need to be cleaned out before using .
2.We need to try matching to confirm the adaptability of cement Mixing dosage.
3.Using this product with exact metering,without less or mis-mixing ,it can be mixed into concrete with water, it’ll work more efficient.
4.If the intensity of concrete is above C40 Please use GNS-102 Pumping Agent of Poly-carboxylate Super-plasticizer.
Packaging and storage period:
1.It is packed by 200kg Plastic barrel or 1000kg Tons of plastic bucket,it is also customized
2.storage period:two months for summer,three months for winter. Avoiding contamination,avoiding mixed with naphthalene series.
