This series product adopts three-phase fully-controlled SCR bridge circuit to transform AC into DC as a power supply for irreversible transmission of stepless speed regulating of DC motor drive. The device can completely replace DC generator bank and LV control panel controlled by electric machine amplifier or magnetic amplifier, and has high precision static error characteristics, good dynamic characteristics, and can speed up with constantcurrent.
The products are suitable for mining, steel and paper industry.
In addition to the main loop, this product also includes automatic control system composed of current moderate speed (orelectric cabinet voltage) closed-loop and etc with sound automatic adjustment ability, which can guarantee that the system has good steady-speed static characteristics of dynamic characteristics with high-precision, and provides electricmotor to speed up on maximum constant current, it is suitable for the equipmentsof frequent start.
The product also has more complete protection devicesof over-current, short circuit, overvoltage and fuse, etc., when a fault occurs,in addition to cutting off the main circuit power supply, the product can signalwith sound-light alarm.
