We produce different kinds of air filter elements as Mini-pleat HEPA filters and Mini-pleat ULPA filters on our special full-automatic production line. The materials we applied are fiberglass, PP, PET, PE and polyester. We can produce a PP filter core with any integer height from 8mm to 90mm; The thickness of a fiberglass core can be 25[40], 35[50], 52[70], 63[80], 75[80,96], 83[96], and the numbers in the brackets are the thickness of the corresponding finished air-filter products. Please take notice of the fact that the width of the core ordered is always equal to the width of filter minus the frame thickness, while the length of the core is the same as the length of the filter. Our products are applicable to all kinds of standard/nonstandard Mini-pleat sub-they can be installed in the terminal air outlets of clean factories, clean workbenches, FFU, and special air purification devices. They are widely used in fields such as electronics, medicine and aviation, displaying advantages such as high filter efficiency, high wind rate and light weight.
