Principle Introduction
On each side of the JIALISI canopy shade there is an electric rail which be drived by one,two or four 220V JIALISI motor according to the fabric area; electric rail uses pedrail transmission mode. The motors keep same speed and the rails keep same running speed to make sure that the shade is synchronous opening or closing. The transverse connection rods among the fabrics have flexibility, providing support for fabrics, to make sure that the fabric won't fall. When Canopy is unfolding, the fabrics will appear well-proportioned flat or wavy effect, opening control system can be designed to be unidirection or bidirection mode.
System Design
Single canopy shade is the longest 12M and the widest 3M, there is a transverse connecting rod between every 50cm, can be made for plane or arc canopy shade. using double-motor or 4 motors the biggest driving area is 18 square meters, 30 square meters. Arc canopy shade driving area will decrease, only 70% of the standard, no tensile strength requirement for fabric, can choose ordinary euphotic, diaphanous,Lightproof roller shutter fabric, according to the different occasion, control system can be manual switch control, infrared remote control, wireless remote control and intelligent control. Control mode can single control and group control.
