1. High pressure and corrosion-resistant FRP fan description

This FPR fan is widely used in mannheim process to produce K2SO4, textile, agricultural chemistry, fine chemical industry, metallurgy, petroleum, mineral, chemical industry, electromechanical, dye intermediates, pharmaceutical intermediates, machinery, laboratory, aluminum chloride, zinc chloride, environmental protection equipment, modern agriculture and animal husbandry and other fields.


2.  Main Features

The high pressure and corrosion-resistant FRP fan structure consist of five parts as flow, transmission, foundation, seal and frequency control.

·The flow part includes impeller, and air inlet, which are made of imported resin with good corrosion resistance, alkali free glass fiber felt and alkali free glass fiber cloth. They can withstand a variety of corrosive gases with the highest service temperature up to 100.

Among them, the impeller blade is the improved forward curved blade profile, after molding, under repeated static and dynamic balance correction, resulting in smooth operation with no vibration; The casing is integral volute type with high mechanical strength and bright appearance. The air inlet is convergent streamline with high mechanical strength and also with bright appearance.

·The transmission part includes main shaft, bearing box, bearing, shafting coupling and motor. The main shaft is made of high quality steel while the bearing boxes, bearings, couplings and motors are all domestic famous brand products.

·The foundation part is mainly for support and shock absorption, which is made of high-quality steels welded on a special platform. The external part is treated with epoxy asphalt paint for corrosion protection, with strong structure, beautiful and generous appearance.

·The sealing part will be used according to the specific working conditions of the manufacturer, such as mechanical seal, vacuum seal, labyrinth seal and other seal methods up to more than ten kinds.

· The frequency control part is to realize the automatic opening of leakage protection device when the fan reaches the critical sate of operation, to protect the motor and alleviate structural damage to the impeller caused by high system pressure.


3. Installation and maintenance

· Installation:

Before the installation, carry out a comprehensive inspection of all parts of the fan in order to ensure the integrity of all parts and the same rotation direction the impeller and the housing. Each part should be closely connected. The main parts should have no damage and the transmission group should be flexible.

During installation, check that there are no tools or sundries in the housing. In order to prevent the joint surface from rusting and reduce the difficulty of disassembly, we should apply lubricating oil or oil on the joint face, and adjust the connection between the fan and the foundation and the air inlet and outlet pipes to a natural fit. Do not impose weight on any part of the fan and keep the fan in a horizontal position at all times.

· Maintenace

Regular scale removal;

Check whether the parts are firmly connected;

Timely add diesel oil to the bearing box to ensure the oil level is not less than half of the mirror.

Check the motor temperature regularly to ensure that the motor shell surface temperature does not exceed 80℃ and the bearing temperature does not exceed 95℃.Monitor fan and motor noise.
