Application of Product
The product is applicable to the commodity concrete for long-distance transportation,the high fluidity concrete, the concrete pumping agent below the pumping standard C40

1.The Concrete Pumping Agent of Polycarboxylae type is a product of light yellow liquid,none-crystal ,liquid,none-cristal none-deposit,none-methanal
2.the slump ofthe concrete mixed with this product is up to standard of JC473-2001,A grade
3.Construction in summer and concrete in mess can delay the coagulation
4.there is no crystal and deposit in winter and will not affect the pumping performance.
5.the content of chloride ion ≤0.02%,the gross of base≤0.1kg/m3 ,own the properties of good weather ability and excellent corrosion resistance.

Recommended amount of admixture
The recommended amount of admixture in concrete as following:
The best amount of admixture:0.8%~2.0%(10% of solid content);Recommended amount of admixture1.5%.
Remark:The amount of admixture should be determined binding the experiment which bases on the property of raw material,concrete mirtune,weather and so on .
Construction Method
1.the product can not be used with the product of naphthalene.the packing barrel and agitator should be clean up when use them
2.Try matching before use it and confirm adaptability and the amount of admixture with concrete
3.accuracy measurement,do not less or mis-admixture, allow to mixing concrete when blend with water.the work efficiency will be better if we add concrete after
Package and Storage period
2.1.The product is packed by plastic barrel weight 200kg or 1000kg,the size of package also can be customized according to the clients’requirement.
2.The storage period:two month for summer and three month for winter.prevent from contaminating and mixing with naphthalene .
