1. Product Applications

QM9210 is an advanced gear oil complex additive compounded by vulcanization olefin and various additives featuring extreme pressure, antirust, and corrosion inhibitor. This additive features excellent functions of extreme pressure and antiwear, antirust and antioxygenic. It is a qualified complex additive in compounding GL-4,GL-5 of advanced vehicle gear oil. The quality of this product is in line with GB13895-92.

2. Recommended Dosage

GL-5 4.8%           GL-4   2.4%

heavy duty industrial gear oil 2.0% middle duty industrial gear oil 1.6%.

4. Packaging, Storage and Usage

• Packaged in special 200L-metal drum; net-wet is 200±0.5kg
• Storage temperature is no higher than 50°C; compounding temperature is 60°C~75°C; water-proof and  damp-proof.
• This complex additive is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive material. Precaution and safety measures should be in line with those of general petrochemicals.
• The packaging, labeling, transportation, storage, shipment, check and accept should be in line with SH0164.
