Roller material selection: carbon steel galvanized, carbon steel chrome, carbon steel coated plastic, aluminum, stainless steel, ABS and so on.
Roller fixed way: spring into the type, the tooth shaft, full flat tenon, through the axis pin hole.
4 : Bend pulleys divided into head pulley, snub pulley, take-up pulley and the pulley which is placed in take-up position. bend pulleys diameters are from φ250 to 1800 mm and lengths are from 600 to 2700 mm. Pulleys have two surfaces, steel shell body and plain lagging. Bearing housing divides into one piece bearing and split plummer bearing.
