Class G oil well cement:

It is made from Portland cement clinker mainly composed of hydraulic calcium silicate, and appropriate amount of gypsum by finely grinding. This product is a kind of basic oil well cement with two varieties, i.e. moderate sulfate resistant cement (MSR) and high sulfate resistant cement (HSR). It is specially used for cementing for the oil and gas well. The oil well cement from CNBM enjoys high reputation at both domestic and international oil well cement markets. The company has been the only enterprise that has obtained the use right of “API monogram” issued by American Petroleum Institute for seven times consecutively and it is also only cement production enterprise that has obtained four certifications from American Petroleum Institute in the world.

It complies with national standard GB 10238 Oil Well Cement and conforms to the American standard API Specification Edition 24 10A.

Application Case Study of our Oil Well Cement in Oilfields

In May 2012, 683 tons of Class G oil well cement provided by our company was successfully used in the first oil well of “HYSY 981”, which marks that our oil well cement has taken a new step for exploiting the market.

Previously, the approximate 1500m underwater stratum detection in 6-1 area in Liwan, South China Sea symbolized that “deepwater strategy” ofChina's offshore oil industry has taken a key stride. The selection by “HYSY 981” for Class G oil well cement provided by our company proves that such cement plays an irreplaceable role in deepwater cementing and thus it has been selected by “HYSY 981” as special oil cement for cementing. For more than two years, Class G oil well cement of Jiahua has been accompanying “HYSY 981” in the South China Sea.
