The main material of prefabricated (self-adhesive) running track-- new thermoplastic elastomer (TPO).TPO is vulcanized and cross-linked by PE/PP/EPDM mixture during the melt blending and makes the PE/PP/EPDM particles disperse in blending matrix and then form the elastomer called "type network structure". Through the "particle effect" of cross-linked rubber, it improves the resistance to compression deformation, heat aging resistance and oil resistance of TPO. When this material is applied to the prefabricated track, it greatly improves the performance of the product: longer service life, smaller shrinkage deformation and better abrasion resistance. Therefore, TPO material applied to the prefabricated track is a revolutionary innovation.
