DESCRIPTION
Ethanox4701 chemical inhibitor is a kind of ash less product; it is used in every kinds of lubrication oil, including industrial oil, transformer oil, driving fluid, rail oil, quenching oil, grease and internal combustion engine oil. This product belongs to high activity hindered phenol; it has low melting point and good oil-soluble. This product is used easily and will not catch odor of phenol. If use it with ZDDP and alkyl diphenylamine together will catch synergistic effect.
Using Effects
Put E-4701and T-501 in 350SN each of 0.3% dosage, to take the RBO test, the OIT of E-4701 is 165 minutes and the T-501 is 90mins.Under the same dosage, Ethanox4701 is nearly 80% higher than T-501 in afflation.
REFERENCE DOSAGE
The reference dosage in lubrication oil and transformer oil should be 0.15%-0.75%.

PACKING AND STORAGE
Ethanox4701 chemical inhibitor usually is solid, however, when the weather becomes warm and in the straight sun light it may become liquid partly or totally. Melt this product could use electro thermal pail, heating it to 38 °C in a hot room or by low-pressure steam. This product is easily dissolved in mineral oil and fuel. It should be stored under inclosed environment with temperature of 4.5-26.5°C.The propositional store time is 24 months from the delivery date.
