 2. Main Features of Burger Press

-Before first use, wash pan in warm, soapy water with sponge or dishcloth.
 After drying, condition non-stick interior by wiping with cooking oil.
-When cooking, use low to moderate heat. High heat is not necessary and         
 may damage the pan.
-Cooking highly acidic or salty foods may damage the non-stick coating.
-Use only utensils designed for use with non-stick cookware (metal utensils        
  may scratch surface).
-Never use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or scouring pads.
-Do not pour cold water into hot pan.

Turn off the heat and let the pan cool to room temperature and then wipe away the excess oil with a paper towel. Repeat the process once more to recondition the coating on your pan.
