Product Name: flexible duct making machine

Description

flexible duct making machine is mainly used to produce the flexible air duct from aluminum strip by spiral lock forming process. The suitable material cab be aluminum foil or stainless steel strip, both single and doube layer will be suitable for our machine design.

Process

• Modulation of glue : Stir the catalyst, glues and  thinners ,then Injected into the trough, proportion:1:10:20.

• Loading :put glue into position belongs, that wheel contact with glue.

• Drying : Before the boot , the temperature was 20-40 degrees,when temperature of thermometer reaches 70 degrees, then the temperature to about 35 degrees,then start to produce.

• Boot :(1)  fixed  the mold to nose, mounted on the drive belt, start debugging mold (2)The foil pass Viscose wheel, Oven to head then boot(3) The wire on aluminum foil roll , Pressed on the heating device then  adjust the speed  

• Quality Inspection :(1) Aluminum molding distance is uniform (2) There are no exposed wires on surface
